Hollie McNish is a stand up poet from Reading, now near Cambridge. Starting nervously in 2007 with her big brother for support, she went on to win the 2009 UK Slam Farrago Championships, with recent performances alongside the likes of Kat Francois, Richard Blackwood and Serenah Cole making her just a wee bit over-excited. Her spoken word ranges from political, sexy, feel good, furious and pure comedy and she has recently performed debut work as a duo with street, break and all round brilliant dancer Sarah Baker. She's currently working on her first album, hoped to be released sometime when it's sunny again.

Description
The author was inspired by observing butterflies to develop a system of Tai Chi that could be performed in a limited space and within a relatively short time. He designed Tai Chi movements that naturally enhance the Qi flow in the order directed by Chinese medicine and whilst it can be used to treat a wide variety of illnesses, its real power is in preventing illness. Succinct and effective the reader can learn this form of Tai Chi within a day and can be performed anywhere -no matter how little space available.
About the Author
Martin Faulks has been a student of the oriental martial arts since he was five years old. He has a black belt in the Korean martial art, Kuk Sool Won and is proficient in the mystical disciplines of China including Tai Chi, Meditation, Qi Gong and the legendary form of Yi Jin Jing.

i just listened to "heat Magazine" .. i like it, very intense.. i'm curious how you get all that from a look though, i mean maybe you just had mustard on your cheek or something.. just playing :P.. its a good poem, with a positive message.. and the other poem you do "victoria beckham" when you said "scrape the makeup of their faces and look at their own beautiful reflection".. wow, i know so many girls who are so pretty without makeup, but even when you tell 'em they don't listen, and i think its such a shame many women, feel like they can't be beautiful without man made products.. anyway, keep the good words coming :)
