About me: Paperbag Productions was formed in Lansing, Michigan by Ellen Arden and Theresa Jasko just before moving into the pre-production stages of their first short film "Never Odd Or Even". Principal filming began in June 2005 and after several set backs during the post production stage, "Never Odd Or Even" completely wrapped to a fine cut in February 2006.
Since "Never Odd Or Even" filmmakers Ellen Arden and Theresa Jasko have been busy working on various projects. 2007 has proven to be an exciting, not to mention busy, time for the filmmaking team. Between participating in Christopher Coppola's PAHfest as part of TEAM CARITAS and forging ahead with pre-production for their feature length documentary due out September 2008... life has never been more beautiful.

A Zeitgeist(?) in Brooklyn(!) - a collaborative discussion about the state of collective arts in New York City, and specifically Brooklyn, in the 21st century.
Featuring members of The Madagascar Institute, Peripheral Media, Not An Alternative Arts Collective, The City Reliquary, and more. Come meet these artists, discuss their work, and participate in making a collective art project that will be displayed that very evening! Hosted by Matt Levy, NYC Tour Gudie, freelance journalist, event impressario and all-around decent fellow.

Just wanted to let ya know my new band Last Exit will be playing Molly Malone's June 6th at 8:00pm. 575 S. Fairfax Ave. Los Angeles 90036. Cover is $7. We had a great turnout Mother's Day. We've been in the studio writing so the 6th show should be killer!
