Paradigm Novice Series with Zanjibal -
Focus on learning and becoming proficient in basic isolations, travel steps and learning the four shimmies. Use the moves in a class choreography. Great low-impact workout with drills & conditioning; focus on form, musicality & fun!
PN Series are mixed level novice.
PN1 series with Zanjibal - completed
PN2 series with Zanjibal - TBA
Following the Novice Series, is the Transitions Series(with both Zanjibal and Aonochi)~ Offering the challenges and transitions of more complicated movements, isolations, performance moods, graceful body use and in preparation for Paradigm Progressive series 1 (PP1) With flairs of drama. Some experience necessary, a light soul and an open mind to have challenging fun.~ At the Between Friends studio on these dates:
PT1 series with Ao & Zanjibal - completed
PT2 - TBA
Paradigm Progressives with Aonochi - Refinement and details. Come learn to express more of your personal style with a challenging choreography utilizing elements of belly dance and fine tuning the whispers of a full bodied dance. PT is recommended to transition into this.
