   About Parallels
Parallels - The Music of Yes is Seattle’s premiere Yes tribute band. Parallels is unique in that this highly talented group of people have taken such care with the music, as to recreate it with passion and accuracy while bringing their individual talents to light. Their focus is to interpret the music of Yes and take the form into new territory without losing the essence of what makes Yes music one of the rock’s most enduring progressive rock staples. Over a period of 5 years the band has slowly evolved while being ever persistent to amalgamate the right group of players with an ardent passion for the music. The community of fans that surrounded the band is nothing short of impressive and evidence of the undying passion and love for Yes music. Perhaps the most important accolade yet sung, was by former Yes keyboardist Patrick Moraz who attended one of the bands shows in November of 07. His sentiment was summed up in one word... "Unbelievable!" The band’s repertoire consists of selections from many of the bands albums 1968 - 2002. Yes music has a wide appeal and is appropriate for any audience making Parallels ideal for any club, corporate event, festival or concert setting. Greater depth and creativity is a key factor that makes Parallels an enduring presentation. This band is sure to impress the patrons of any venue with a celebration of sounds that is Parallels – The Music of Yes.

I really enjoyed your show at Big Daddy's tonight. Unfortunately work comes early in the morning so I could only stay for the 1st set and felt bad that I had to leave. It was my first time seeing you, but I GUARANTEE it won't be my last.
Nice job!
Paul Kersten

Thanks for the add, I really appreciate it. You do justice to Yes music and I suspect you could do some great original stuff too. I saw the Magnification Tour at the Historic State Theater before the album came out. The memories came flooding back. All the best with the music and drop by any time. Tempus Fugit.

Thanks for the add. Parallels (Seattle) is my favorite Yes trib band next to the one I'm working with (Perpetual Change). lol Also, I think Robyn is the best singer of all the Yes trib bands; even better than Benoit David who will be touring as replacement for Jon Anderson. I hope my own band can find a singer anywhere near as good.

Prog Rock On! :o)

Very nice tribute to "Yes". They are one of my all-time favorite bands. That was way cool having Alan sit in with you. I'm going to try and get to the Rocksport and see your live show in July.

take care,
Gary

So glad I was finally able to see you all perform. I honestly did not know what to expect but I was most definately impressed by everyones musical abilities and personal styles. A job superbly well done by all!!!

And as a bassist who has loved the playing of Chris Squire for thirty years I have got to say Randy totally nailed it.

I think we went into another plane of existence during thursday's show. For me, it represented the pinnacle of human experience on this earth. I love you all and I'm honored that we all got to play WITH ALAN WHITE.
