PARANOID OPEN AIR – PRIZORIŠČE DOKUMENTARCA O SLOVENSKI ROCK IN METAL SCENI
Grška družba Rag Films, ki jo vodi režiser George Kagialeakis, bo izkoristila priložnost in posnela trodnevno dogajanje, nastope, intervjuje in vzdušje na festivalu Paranoid Open Air, ki se bo od 13. do 15. avgusta odvijal na avtopoligonu Ljubečna pri Celju. Material bo uporabljen v prihajajočem dokumentarnem filmu o rock in metal sceni v Sloveniji z naslovom »SLO BURNIN«.
George Kagialedakis (za film The Cago iz 1993 in Under The Surface iz 2007 je prejel nagradi) je pred kratkim končal 70 minutni dokumentarni film BACK IN BLACK - History is made by the bands, Vol. I o grški underground rock sceni. »SLO BURNIN« je nov dokumentarni film o slovenski rock in metal sceni družbe Rag Films in režiserja Georga Kagialedakisa. Film bo prvič predvajan spomladi 2010 v Ljubljani, prijavljen pa bo tudi na več festivalov dokumentarnih filmov v različnih državah.
Po več letih delovanja na neodvisni grški glasbeni sceni kot glasbenik (skupine Sonar Blips, Joint, BabyBitch in druge kot gostujoči basist), od leta 2003 s svojo skupino Rag, s katero je leta 2004 izdal album Brainstorm v Grčiji in Evropi (phycheDOOMelic Records and SX Distribution). Bogato dogajanje v Grčiji pa ga je pripeljajo do tega, da se je v celoti posvetil filmu. Sodeloval in režiral je več igranih filmov, dokumentarnih filmov za ET1, NET, ET3, ZDF, NDR, TV BERLIN and MTV (Smashing Pumpkins v Atenah 1997), reklame in videospote.

PARANOID OPEN AIR – SETTING FOR THE SLOVENIAN ROCK & METAL SCENE DOCUMENTARY
Greek Rag Films production company with director George Kagialedakis will take the opportunity of filming three days of the festival performances, atmosphere and interviews at Paranoid Open Air at Ljubecna pri Celju, Slovenia, August 13 – 15. The footage will be used for a forthcoming documentary about rock and metal scene in Slovenia, titled »SLO BURNIN«, currently being produced.
Awarded film director George Kagialedakis (THE CAGO 1993, UNDER THE SURFACE 2007) recently completed his 70 minute documentary BACK IN BLACK - History is made by the bands, Vol. I, about the Greek underground rock scene. »SLO BURNIN« is the new documentary about Slovenian rock and metal scene produced by Rag Films and directed by George Kagialedakis. The documentary will be screened for the first time in Ljubljana in spring 2010 and will take part in documentary festivals in different countries.
George Kagialedakis, after years of presence within the Greek independent scene as a musician (through the bands Sonar Blips, Joint, BabyBitch and others as a session musician – bass) decided during the winter 2003, to form Rag. His record work appeared early in 90s (1991) via the band Sonar Blips and on August of 2004, Cyberdelia Records, released the album Rag – Brainstorm in Greece and Europe through phycheDOOMelic Records and SX Distribution. Ever since huge amount of events took place almost all over the Greece, and film directing and Rag Films production company absorbed all the concern of his. George worked at and directed many feature films, documentaries for ET1, NET, ET3, ZDF, NDR, TV BERLIN and MTV (Smashing Pumpkins in Athens 1997), commercials and video clips.

V mariborski Pekarni bodo metalcore-rokerji Curse of Instinct ponovno praznovali obletnico svojega delovanja in tam, kjer se je pred desetimi leti njihova pot začela, se bo 12. decembra 2009 tudi končala.
Kakor se za dostojno slovo spodobi, bodo na zadnjo pot odšli komadi iz vseh obdobij in repertoarjev COI, spremljale jih bodo projekcije slik in video posnetkov koncertov, turnej, vaj, razprodaja mercha, torta, piano...so-skupin ne bo, ker je preveč takšnih, ki bi si jih želeli imeti zraven, da še poslednjič zaigramo skupaj.

Začetki segajo v januar 2009, ko fantje prišli na idejo da bi ustvarili bend, v katerem bi ustvarjali skladbe podobne takim, kot so jih v "80ih" igrali rock skupine kot so: Guns n' Roses, Whitesnake,... Začeli so pridno nastopati po primorskem, in odziv publike je bil fantastičen. Pred kratkim so fantje posneli 1. demo CD z naslovom Wild Demo CD 2009, in sedaj ga predstavljajo slovenski publiki.
