About PARANOIZ R.I.P.

PARANOIZ has been established in 2000 in Herten, Westfalia. After several line-up changes the band became what it..s now, five musicians who all played in their own projects before. In their songwriting and lyrics PARANOIZ are influenced by personal expiriences as well as social circumstances of modern times. After many rehearsals, gigs and recordings the guys found their direction in the area of Death/Thrash-Metal, and in 2002 they released their self-produced debut album simply titled “Paranoiz”. This output was followed one year later by a 3-Track CD called “Silentriver”, from which one song has been chosen for a german Death Metal Sampler named DEATHOPHOBIA 8. In that period of time PARANOIZ started to integrate samples and keyboards into their sound, and in fall 2005 - after more rehearsels and gigs – the recordings for the actual longplayer “Mindchasm” started. The drums were recorded by a bandmate called HANK in the Bunker Westerholt; the production, final mix and the mastering have been directed by SASCHA RISSELER in the TOTAL RECALL – Studios in Herten. After being signed by ARMAGEDDON – MUSIC, “Mindchasm” is now available online on http://www.hardy.tv -------------------------------------------------------------------- Now in 2008 german metallers PARANOIZ have posted the tracks of the new „Promo ..08”-cd on their Myspace page www.myspace.com/paranoiz666 . The tracks have been recorded with producer Sascha Risseler (a.o. STORMGARDE, NINNGHIZHIDDA). Following the 2006 album “Mindchasm”, the track list is: 1. Hidden Beauty 2. Myself Unleashed 3. Gridlocked In addition, the band has recorded a cover of “Dawn Of Eternity” by the Florida death metal legend MASSACRE. The song is also available for downloading. In Juli 2008 the Band split up.
