About me: I travel, I wander, I am looking to be closer to God/Life/whatever-word-says-it-to-you. This is not a place, I realize, it is in my heart. So I am looking to follow my heart. Where that leads me, I don't know. I want to trust this.
I am an anarchist. I see anarchy as being the most authentic and respectful way to organize society and groups. I greatly value communal living and non-ownership, and I see it as being very important to prioritize interpersonal relations and heart-felt connection to harmonize all of this.
Who I'd like to meet: I would like for this space here to be an absolutely amazing and beautiful space for me to meet, learn about, and connect with comrades, accomplices, friends, lovers, associates, supporters, inspirators, innovators, mystics, poets, musicians, empaths, psychics, squatters, punks, anarchists and random assorted crazy, genius, misunderstood people or boddhisatvas / deluded fools whom I somehow find personally meaningful, Enlightening, or at least entertaining, for me and my greater sense of life.
I've started a new blog, augustcjohnson. wordpress. com . It's still in the beginning stages and doesn't yet contain a lot of original content but I'm getting there. I haven't completely decided what the focus of the page is going to be but I suspect it will simply be a nexus of my main interests (resistance, media culture, radical history, the war on terror, film and literary criticism).
