Band Members

Paris Street is/was Carl Polgar, Darrin Revell, J. Avery Vaughn, Neely Vaughn, Nathan Keith, and Leslie Sharkey. All members, past and present, are loved greatly.

Our EP is out now. It features 5 songs - The Dress Song, Greetings From The Penn-View Motel, The Last Day of 29, The First Days of Whatever, Goodbye Song 2 - and it's quite nifty.

Buy it directly from us (with free shipping!) by clicking here:

   About paris street
We are a pop band. Deal with it.

Both our EP and upcoming album can be listened to in full at our Last.fm page. Enjoy.

Here's our first video. It's for the song "The Things We Never Did", which will be on our upcoming album.

Carl is traveling around the country for the next three months, so things are gonna be quiet around here for a while. A few videos from the road might pop up every now and then, though. Here's one performed at the pedestrian mall in downtown Charlottesville, Virgninia:

Good Time - Charlottesville, Virginia

Darrin blogs here. You should check it out.

You are loved. Thank you for visiting.

Thanks for your comment and greetings from uruguay, get some warm breeze from the summer...I was concerned I heard there were tornadoes there already at this time of the year...early spring??
Well, anyway, some art pieces I like like the cezanne pine tree...It seems its moving with the wind...

Hello Fair Paris Streets!

Sorry such truancy,
from fast responsiveness,
some virus sapped from me,
near all of my vitesse,

Thus I might caution, friends,
take care when asked to kiss,
someone you've just then met:
they might have some sickness!

Yet, let's both be real, it's rather fun,
even when you're sick to kiss someone!

Here's to winter-weather smooching and new e-friendship!

Love + Ruckus,
Jordan.

P.S. Zinc!

OUT NOW!

[muep001] Mark Hamn - To the naked eye

Muertepop records celebrates its birthday with the first cdr release "To the naked Eye"; The musician Mark Hamn tries to aggregate the nine tracks, plus a bonus video track, around the same idea: the involution of post-modern humanity in the globalisation age, or more simply, a sour consideration about our days. Electroacoustic, glitch, field recordings and guitars remember that all of us have to change and avoid a little part of this ecological tragedy that is involving our earth. We have just to open our eyes!

It's a novel idea, unfortunatly if we were to play a real sports bar, probably a minute into the first song we would overhear someone shout: "Somebody shut those fags up, I can't hear Madden!"
