About me:
Park Avenue Compact Discs opened up its shop 22 years ago in Winter Park on Park Avenue South. Times have changed and the scope of music has transformed over the decades, but one fact remains: PACD is still a beacon of quality in the world of music, providing a high standard of service and resource for music lovers in the Orlando area.
With the University of Central Florida rapidly growing to have one of the largest student populations in the state, the need to expand was inevitable. College students and music? It was a such a crazy idea, it might just work. And so, five years ago we branced out and planted ourselves in the Student Union at UCF with our Park Ave CDs Jr location.
We invite you to swing by our spot where we happily sell new & used CDs, DVDs and LPs. And, if we don't have what you're looking for and, as long as it's still in print, we can special order it. Also, look for t-shirts, posters, magazines, concert tickets, and other cool gifts while you pass by between classes.
The amount of music you will get introduced to during your college years is unbelievable! We'd love to help you with your search for new music, whether it's stuff you've never heard of before or hard-to-find material from your favorite band. Want to learn more about Orlando's music scene and those who are a part of it? You'll be sure to meet the right people here...
