About me:
Hi I'm Parker........
I'm here, I'm there, it seems i go everywhere, so busy. There are just too many activities and too little time. Most of my days are filled with working out, but it doesn't really feel like "working out". When I do some Pilates, some stretching or yoga, or skating at the beach, I feel as if that is what I am supposed to be doing. It sure isn't a bad side effect that I keep a fit physique. I'm vain, I admit it. I want to look good in my clothes, I am a girl after all.
Pilates is for one and all. I teach it, full time. I practice it, full time. It is one of the best things in my life. My clients always leave feeling better than when they came in. I always make each session educational, you will either learn about Pilates or about yourself.
Music is good, gotta have that! Duh, especially when I am "working out" or as I like to say, Pilatesizing(tm)! 'cause I have to say Pilates is my favorite.
Delirium, Balligomingo, Thievery Corporation for the Pilates or yoga. uptempo stuff for day to day.....Audioslave, Depeche Mode, White Stripes.
