The moonlight glistened on the calm sea of obscurity, flotsam and jetsam of the once mighty cruiser H.M.S. Blunt Skulls bobbed on the waves. She had got into difficulty before running out of fuel. With holes in the hull and no crew to scoop out the water, her doom was sealed.
Captain Jonnie T now circled the wreckage in his launch, Inspiration. Soon Juz T and Ricky D'Bone were on board and Libbaroni was hauled out of the water after exhausting herself by swimming in circles. The four old comrades drifted off towards the horizon.
After many days land was in sight. Inspiration's engines spluttered into life as the trusty craft strained towards the shore. The quartet had found themselves on the Island of New Beginnings, but they were not alone. They stepped out onto the sandy beach only to find themselves at gunpoint by swashbuckling adventurer, Gustopher. It was a tense stand-off, but Gustopher soon realised that his victims had no valuables and that he left his bullets on his coffee table. So he decided to join them.
The group headed North towards the Forest of Uncertainty when who should meet them but a wondering minstrel. The Neary sang songs of enchanted lands and cheesy toes, which lifted the spirits of the weary travellers. The group agreed that The Neary should continue with the five on their quest.
Eventually the forest oepned into a clearing, in the middle of which sat a lonely figure. The Chief had been unable to find his tribe after a gruelling game of hide and seek. One thing that the six explorers lacked was their own chief, so the group gained their seventh member. The Chief's local knowledge proved invaluable as he led the adventurers to the port on the otherside of the island.
It had been a long and difficult journey and everyone was tired. Everyone except Juz T who was nowhere to be seen, in fact no-one knew where he was. Perhaps he had lingered in the Little Chef in the middle of the island. There was no time to go back for the new ship H.M.S. Parker's Lip was ready to leave. The crew climbed on board and set sail. Where are they going? When will we see them again? Who forgot to pack the sandwiches? Who knows! But one thing for sure; whatever happens it will be fun!
