Now then, Park&Ride are not just 5 normal people, they are group of mates, best mates. Some people might say that they look like football holigans but I'd say that'd be just the keyboardist. They feel that it's good to make people smile through music and, well, with this band once you've parked yourself in one of their gigs you just gotta ride it out till the end....smilin all the way! The songs don't really seem to make much sense but thats not a problem; catchy chorus' and melodic verses are when you may see the occasional fitty dancing around in the audience...or maybe frank the tank!! To cut a long story short Park&Ride are a band that must be seen to realise the amount of enjoyment created by their music, both for the band members and the fans. So get yourself down to the next gig and make sure to say hello, they don't bite!!....Well damians beard might!!

This Saturday sees the return of Love Music Hate Racism at Hull City Hall providing our local bands with an opportunity to showcase their talent next to artists which played all them years ago for the same cause that we are still sadly facing now.
The day will start with an eclectic mix of Hull music from all corners of the scene and lead on to an evening of local and national heroes featuring pioneers of the two tone movement still supporting the fight against racism.

TopGun! challenge all of Hulls band members to compete against one another in an 11 a side football showdown. Sandman will cover the match previews and will be at the game interviewing the players and making their full match report.
You must be/or have been part of a Hull band. Players of the same band can choose to play on the same team (or not). TopGun! will play against each other and will captain each side. The game is scheduled for Saturday 6th September (venue to by announced at later date).
Fancy It? Just give us with the names of the players, their role in the band (ie Saxaphonist) and their preferred footballing position as we'd like to get an idea of the possible formations.
