Located at 317 East Houston b/w Ave B & C, Parkside Lounge is a legendary Lower East Side music club known for consistently outstanding local and big name musical and eclectic acts ranging from bluegrass to indie-rock. Long established comedy acts most nights including NYC's only saturday open mic. A real neighborhood bar with a great listening room... We will never put anything bad in your ears.

This Monday August 31, 2009 see M-TRI, DJ Leecy T, Mr. Beatz and M.C. Too Tall appearing live with their best songs at the Parkside Lounge 317 East Houston Street in Manhattan's "way cool" Lower East Side. Show starts at 8:30 and also features Have Gun Will Travel, Lyndsey Price, Steve "Yago" Merritt and Them Bloody Muffs who came to kick ass accousticly. Bring people who can drink and drink and drink and if they can pay for their own drinks it's a bonus! Stay real and stick with real M.C's and not those privied somewhat nerdy kids who know nothing about the struggle of the streets other than what they read about it online.
