Dre has been challenging the common misconceptions surrounding female folk music. Integrating jazz, funk, rock, soul and heaping helpings of talent, Dre is distinguishing herself from all the rest. Originally fearlessly taking the stage as a solo artist she honed the key skill of holding a room all on her own.
So when Dre aligned with two of Sacramento's best praised musicians—Brent Wiggins (drums) and Jacob Israel Chilton (bass), performances grew from a starting point of engaging and memorable to absolutely awe-inspiring and unforgettable.
