Pársec formed as electronic music act in 2000. Ever since, their live sets have been renowned as one of the most advanced electronic music acts. They have a unique sound in constant evolution that wraps the audience in mesmerizing landscapes of experimental electronic music backed up with the most seriously avant-garde self-made beats to come out of the scene in the last decade. Refusing to use third-party made samples and loops, they create their sound from scratch, synthesizing waves and modulating frequencies to build rich and complex sequences that have been logically evolving with the pass of time into a characteristic yet more developed style of music.
Their features in some of the most renowned electronic music events has put them in stage with top international acts such as Jamie Lidell, Kid 606, Luomo, Mira Calix, Mike Paradinas and many others. In 2005 Pársec got asked to play in Warp Records' "Warp meets the London Sinfonietta" night at the Zaragoza Auditorium amongst Plaid, Venetian Snares, Flat-e and other well known DJ's from the British record label.
For Pársec sound is an art and they have been actively involved in other artistic disciplines known to man as Video art, Net art, Act-performancing and multimedia collaborating with other artists in many projects.
November 2007 sees the release of "Biorretro" on Escala net label. A six track EP that has mistery and melancholy thrown in on equal measure, flowing on top of carefully crafted rhythmic patterns that immerse you in sound comfortably, creating a numbing mind tele-porting experience.
