HISTORY: Erik Partridge spent eighteen successful years in the real estate and mortgage business and used his knowledge and experience to found Partridge Development in 1998. Born from the vision of bringing old world service and values to today’s cutting edge technology, we have taken the guess work out of land development and real estate investing. Over the years several of the nation’s leading banks have engaged us to facilitate the disposition of their special assets.


The previous eleven years have seen the completion of over forty subdivisions, which were subsequently sold primarily for Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo Banks along with hundreds of homes. Erik not only worked with the special assets and REO divisions of these banks, but also worked closely with companies such as Premier Assets, Fidelity, Ocwen and several others.


BUSINESS FOCUS:..
Partridge Development focuses on: 1. Building lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with agents, investors, sellers and banks 2. Purchasing REO properties to resell to the retail market (individual investors) 3. Purchasing REO tapes and perform pass thru closings with investors 4. Assist Investors by facilitating a close directly with the seller We typically have four to five offers on the table at any given time. We would initially bring one offer a week to property sellers in the 10 million dollar range. With seller cooperation in providing product and facilitating efficient closings, we are confident in our ability to perform two closings a week in a very short time.


CUSTOMER BENEFIT:
Through these dealings, we have successfully created an extensive network of over 28,000 agents and investors nationwide. We have also had the pleasure of building relationships with several seminar groups who are presently teaching ‘How to Purchase REO’ classes yet have no inventory for the students to purchase. These groups are understandably very excited about having a place like Partridge Development to send their clients to find inventory. As a single example, Clark Wallace Seminars of Salt Lake City, Utah has a list of over six hundred people currently sourcing investment properties.


ABOUT THE PRESIDENT:
Erik Partridge is a single father of a beautiful daughter with 2 grandchildren and a handsome 7 year old son. His family and family values are very important to him and he greatly values honesty and integrity. Erik is very driven to be successful and considers himself to be wealthy in life experiences and in people who have been part of his life. He believes people come into our lives for a reason and embraces each and every one of them. He is very focused on building his business and simultaneously continuing to grow as a person. Erik prides himself on knowing when to be the businessman and when to let loose and be spontaneous. He is adventurous yet cautious, spontaneous yet deliberate; open yet guarded and fully enjoys the relationships he fosters in the real estate business.
