From Ritchie Blackmore to BLACKMORE'S NIGHT.
Outstanding figure musician of the english rock'n roll for 40 years with Deep Purple and Rainbow, all and anything has been told. Some criticizes were more preocupated by its oneself saying character and they forgot essence of it : a single and perfectionist artist who did not cease renewing himself to arrive today at 60 years, at the top of its art.
One find throughout his career the first steps as of his musical's orientations preceding what was going to arrive thereafter.
All musical works in the history of the music made thus. This isn't there a proof of humility whereas so many artists resulting from the 70's made only maintain one musical inheritance…
The Blackmore's Night's project shows us that some is the music, old or modern notes remain notes. For this he always does proof of virtuosity. Not that which one wants to admit todays exclusively based on the speed of execution but an art to play more complexe which rests on the reserve of the play, the respect of silences, space between notes. A virtuosity to serve music.
Spontaneousness, the art of the improvisation retained of the blues, decorated by a perfect knowledge of rhythm, harmonies of the classical music, medieval, renaissance, ethnic and different ,the associated whose has a talent of tye-setter except standart, make of him a single guitarist in the world.
Since 1997, he offered us with Candice Night a pleiad of albums of an incredible richness as well the level of the music as song, the texts are a real poetry. They knew to create both magic world which transports the listener out of the time...in "THE MAGIC WORLD".

Figure marquante du Rock Anglais depuis bient�t 40 ans avec Deep Purple et Rainbow tout et n’importe quoi a �t� racont�.
En effet, en France, certaines critiques ont �t� plus pr�occup� par son soi disant caract�re ombrageux et en ont oubli� l’essentiel : un artiste unique et perfectionniste qui n’a cess� de se renouveler pour arriver aujourd’hui � 60 ans au sommet de son art.
On retrouve tout au long de sa carri�re les pr�mices de ses orientations musicales, pr�figurant ce qui devait suivre par la suite.
Toutes les œuvres musicales dans l’histoire de la musique ont �t� faite ainsi. N’est-ce pas l� une preuve d’humilit�, alors que tant d’artistes issus des ann�es 70 n’ont fait qu’entretenir un patrimoine musical …
Le projet Blackmore’s Night met en �vidence que quelque soit la musique ancienne ou dite r�cente : les notes restent des notes. Pour cela, il fait toujours autant preuve de virtuosit�. Non pas celle que l’on veut bien admettre aujourd’hui bas�e exclusivement sur la rapidit� d’ex�cution mais un art de jouer plus complexe qui repose sur la retenue du jeu, le respect des silences, l’espace entre les notes : une virtuosit� pour servir la musique.
