Honestly, it all began as a favourite passtime of ours! A few good friends hanging out in the studio two or three nights a week, juggling guitars, playing music... We were having fun - nothing more!
The quality of the music progressed and somewhere along the way we realised that we were no longer in it just for the fun of it - and surely not just for the mere passing of time.
The thought of going full time with the band was sneaking up on us like a predator on its prey.
And so it happened, in October 2006 we decided to give it an honest effort, unrivalled by time- and energy consuming daytime jobs or the continuing studies for a hopeless master degree.
Passtime Poets are now recording an album after years of endeavouring to sharpen our sound and songwriting in the studio based on Islands Brygge - close to the peer at the North end of Copenhagen harbour.
The band (formerly known as Amazonair), already being a vibrant and vigorous player on stages in and around Copenhagen, has been rocking venues and festivals for years - always vouching a powerful on-stage performance and a heart-felt song.
Embarking on our journey, a new official band website has been launched as well - providing our fans with news, upcoming tracks from the studio, info on live gigs - and what not! Visit www.passtimepoets.com
Passtime (def.): A juggling activity meant to make time go by pleasantly.

Hi Passtime Poets Thanks for the request :) Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoy the music..
I'm happy to announce that my third album, End Of Faith, has been released. You can get it on iTunes and a ton of other places. I have chosen to give a song away for free.. you can find in the player and it is called Dusk. Even though I love the song it didn't make it to the album - it just didn't fit..
