Pastor Raney M. Antoine, SR serves as Senior Pastor of New Life Family Worship Center in Boutte, Louisiana where we are Changing Live, and Strengthening Families. He has been married to First Lady Carla M. Antoine for more than 20 years and is the father of Raney, Kayla, and Y'vonne. Our first book "Christian Manual" A Study Tool for Discipleship was released in December 2007. Currently,we are busy completing a second work, Twisted, which chronicles our ministry experiences including the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Twisted is due to be released in late 2010. See Blog, William Wilberforce looked at the house of the Prime Minister and asked, "How can we live in such good houses while there are people living in boxes?"
My name is not Wilberforce but I will ask this, "How can you or your child who have 4 feet between the two of you have up to 15 pairs of shoes or more while some of God's children somewhere has only one worn down pair or none to attend church or school? How can we have a building in which to worship even if it needs some paint and YET there are people in America and other parts of the world who go to worship under trees?
How can we live in such big and comfortable houses and still go to seek more "for self" while some of God children live in little shacks where one room in your house is their entire home?
How can we eat 5 and 6 times per day when some of God's children have just one or no food all week?
How can we have 3 and four cars in one household when some of God's children have to walk for miles to get to church? How can we have so many outfits, sometimes we have no space to store them, yet some of God's children have not even one special outfit for church?
How can we be collecting moo money to build bigger, luxurious buildings, changing seats that are still useabled while God's Temples need to be clothed and not painted, need shoes and not carpet, need to be filled with food and not chairs, need to be fed with food in order for their minds to focus on Him so that He can truly shine out of them? I have a Buuurden....

Hello, I have a prayer request! Below is a picture of my brother, Xavier Dabon. He is a father of three girls: Jala, McKayla, and Arihanna Thomas-Dabon. March 29, 2009, Xavier was with a group of people; he ended up being the only one out of that group that went to jail. I believe that's the beginning of a season of reconciling with God. God knows how to get our attention when we are busy! So tomorrow, June 17, 2009, Xavier has to go before the court. Depending on the decision made, he may be released from jail then. My prayer request is that God will deliver him from the hands of the devil; that God will open his eyes so that he can see the beauty in holiness; that God will change his heart and mind so that he can please Him only, not man; also that he would take his righteous place in the Kingdom of God; that he will allow God to use him to draw the unrighteous ones to the Kingdom; that God will trouble his heart until he calls and cry out to God, and that he be released from the hands of the government and sent home! Xavier has a prophecy from God that he will be a minister, preaching the word of God. I know that there is nothing too hard for God, so I leave it in His hands. I have faith, but faith without works is dead! So, I am sending all the believers a message that one of their Kingdom members is in a prodical position, and he needs to go back to the Father!

See blog, "Pimps & Whores". Christ said He came to give life. He is about His Father's business. Today, the pimps are after as much as they can get. Every word in the bible that says "RICH" pastor pimp translates to mean "MONEY". Hey, the richness of life that God promised has nothing to do with money! It has to do with the fulness of salvation.
The church, pimps and whores have lead people to believe and think that things are the most important and first class blessings and the gifts of God are least important and in economy class. Give me the economy class because the entire globe wants Christ in the economy right now! Bless God for recession!

Difference between Victoria's secret and the devil's secret?See blog. Victoria tries to get you in the mood to lust or have a romantic time with your boo by covering up the SAME body bits using different colours, patterns and styles and women of different shapes and shades. No matter how she looks, big or small, if she was not your wife, it is still sin! The devil tries to get you to sin whether by gossip, stealing or lying by covering his SAME tricks in the hearts of men using different ways, means and people of various cultures and colour. No matter how it looks, big or small, if it was not lifting up the name of Christ, it is still sin! Hidden weapons of the devil that are no secret. They are hidden by man's outer appearance. As I sat in church, I felt like praying but about nothing in particular. I started and the words kept coming. As service started and progressed the prayer was unfolding in the songs, in the words of the pastor and the message. I prayed that God would disarm us from the "Weapons of the devil" before each of us enter the sanctuary or the seats. One weapon of the devil is sorcery. I have no idea who will be coming to sit next to me to try to hinder my worship. Do you? Am talking from experience. We need to start praying some real prayers church! Oneday when many walk up in their fur and Gucci thinking that it will be business as usual, you get to the door of the sanctuary or the pulpit, the wind of the spirit of God is going to turn some of you around, put you on your face to cry out to Him and confess your deeds right there! You are carrying weapons of the devil which often carry out mass destruction in the church. Luke 11:39, "And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness." This is not about Victoria's secret thongs.
It's about the secret thongs in our heart!

See Blog.The Grinch spent Christmas eve trying to find a way to stop Christmas from coming. He wants to stop the celebration of the birth of Christ in the life of Christians. Shame so many christians spend the day feasting on the wrong meal and at the wrong table. The devil thought that he would pretend santa and make a deer out of his dog. He changes his outfits but he is still the devil! Similar to how many dress up in what is considered church clothes but on the inside they are as ravening wolves! He rode into Whoville just like he sneaks into the church dressed up like some of us. He climbed down the chimney/mind. He got stuck on his way down by the conviction of the Holy Spirit but we often smother the convictions to create loopholes for the devil. When someone talks to us, we say, 'it doesn't bother me'. I wonder when God started to be partial?If we shun the appearance, evil will not come!I want no santas or Christmas tree! The tree of life and light of the world is enough. You have the biggest tree with the most lights but ya life is dark. My bible did not say Santichrist was born in Bethlehem to give man gifts of love, peace and joy. Christmas is not just for the kids! This is how we have taken our eyes off of God and have gotten so involved in the commercialisation of what should be a prayerful and thankful time feasting on the bread of life. We have allowed the world to dictate to us what Christmas is! We helped them X His name and replace it with Santa and sales. We spend our time with the stores not Christ. This is exactly how we have helped the world to shape our children, to take the eyes of our children off of Christ, empty their soul of the substance of their very existence. Then, we blame the government and everybody but ourselves? Next time you decide to blame someone for the waywardness of your child, look in the mirror! It's been a "Slow fade"(Casting Crowns) of their little person.They did not go wayward overnight!

When the Fed Reserve dries up, China owns America & who reigns? Nebuchadnezzar or Pharoah? Our source should be God but we are looking to our bank accounts which are now failing us or governments which themselves are uncertain of what tomorrow will bring. God ALWAYS know what tomorrow holds because He holds it. Stop building on sand which is your bank and material stuff. That is being smart. Build on the rock like a wise man and that is working out your salvation with your source and well that never runs dry. The "stuff" are now failing us!

Can we imagine what it would be like to be as patriotic to God as we are to the flag? Time for America to return from its backsliden ways. Let go of the "things god" and reach for the Almighty God because we are about to be driven to our knees freewill (to God) or forcewill (by Neb or fear-o) if we continue down this same path. We have become more attached to things more than God. People more than God but "If my people, who are called by my name, will HUMBLE themselves and pray, and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven, I will hear from heaven, i'll hear and I'll heal their land...."

Build on sand like smart "Duckie Trump or build on the Solid Rock like Wiz King Solomon.See BLOG. Pastors are talking people into acquiring houses and material possessions when their spiritual lives NEED more acquisiton than their natural lives. "Seek ye FIRST,the kingdom of GOD! We can build more buildings than Trump! First we need to build our temples. Build ourselves up in Christ first and then build others up too. People, these are serious days and only what we build for Christ will matter in the end. Solomon started to "Save" by giving sacrifice in the place of God. He did not try to get as much as he could from others.Know why when we get saved it takes time to stop sinning? It is because the temple is being built. Overnight buildings crumble as fast as they go up. It took God 7days to build this world, it took 7yrs to build Solomon's places and every single day God still works on us! We are still work in progress until we stop making deals with the devil AND decide that for God I live, for God I will die.How many times have we tried to change ourselves? It didn't work because we are trying to build the house ourselves. Unless the Lord build the house, we labour IN vain!The house, stinking attitudes, bad habits, gossipping feet can only be controlled when the temple is built.The more I read is the more that I see how much performance is coming out of the pulpits accross America and the lack of spiritual food being SERVED. Where have all the Lord's servants gone?What good is it if I have all the material possessions there is and no relationship with God? Rich yet spiritually bankrupt! Heeey! Have you got SAVINGS? You are heading for bankruptcy! Start banking prayers, charity,worship! Thieves can't steal these.
Money is not the only way to tithe? If I get one day off from work, how about tithing 10% of that time with God on the behalf of someone other than me, friends or family?
