Pat Bacon - Guitar/Lead Vox. Bacon is the writer and singer of the band's original music. He is very athletic, good looking and modest. And smart.
Andy Smith - Lead Guitar/Mandolin/Vox. Andy is the jack-of-all-trades, playing anything he wants and usually running the sound board as well. Women are attracted to his keen sense of fashion and searing guitar solos. Has been known to sleep spooned up to his new Savage amp and his Gibson.
Steve Donahoe - Drummer. Donahoe once warmed up for Head East. Donahoe studied the drumming techniques of the hundreds of Iowan stick men to come before him. From hair band music to rap, Donahoe has seen it all and has yet to make a mistake. Ever.
Butch Zierath - Bass. Butch is a pro bass player who has played millions of gigs. His dream of getting his AARP card before cutting his mullet were shattered in 2006 by an overzealous barber. Zierath is brilliant playing any one of his eleven bass guitars. His favorite song to play is Mustang Sally...
Matt Kalin - Producer/Keyboards - Kalin is the youngest member of the band, which means he is under 40. Classically trained on the piano, Kalin discovered that he could make a lot less money and have more fun playing rock and roll.

This ... Let's Live Forever
Pat Bacon's Rebellion is a killer band made up of brilliant musicians playing brilliant ORIGINAL Americana music. The band formed in 2005, playing small clubs in central Minnesota. Singer Pat Bacon has released two independent CDs (2004 and 2005) and the band officially released "Let's Live Forever" on April 22, 2007. "Let's Live Forever" is easily one of the greatest cds ever recorded at the fabled Jacques' Place Studios. You should buy several copies and give them to all of your friends, especially those in the music industry.
Here is part of a review done by the Rev. Keith Gordon (Trademark of Quality) of "Let's Live Forever" (ps ... I am not related to, nor do I know this man...)
"Let it therefore ring eternally from the heavens this undeniable truth: Bacon’s “Let’s Live Forever” is one of the greatest f&*%ing-fantastic roots-rock songs that any single artist has ever had the balls to put pen-to-scrap-o-paper and scribble out lyrics to. Sounding like a less-nasally young Zimmerman, Bacon begins with a verse that any and every rock obsessive can relate to: “radio waves singin’ in the nighttime/no one could convince me this ain’t the right time/no one understood how we could feel the music in our souls.” From here, he soars across 50 years of rock ‘n’ rebellion, kicking out verses that brilliantly include aspects of every great working class hero from Dylan, John Fogerty and Springsteen to Steve Earle and Joe Grushecky."
