Buy this and any other Cavetone releases at thee brand new www.cavetone.com Your money goes directly to the bands and helps support artists who record on tape, play amps with tubes in them, and who release their songs onto lovely US-made vinyl.
The band started with the goal of learning Monkees covers and eventually getting a cease and decist letter from Pat Boone himself being able to contest it legally as satire (i.e. Hustler and Jerry Fallwell). Almost three years have gone by since our inception. Since then we've recorded a bunch, finally put something out on vinyl, and several thousand miles on the Champagne Supervanya (or The Golden Vanning if you prefer).
We write songs that we like that are in explicit homage to certain eras (think mid 60s to early 70s) with the misfortune of living through the 80s and 90s and call it "garage pop." We hope that you put our record on your turntable or come out and dance around and yell during our set. You know we'd do it for you.

I see EastSide Tavern is having a Halloween Karaoke party. Be damned if you let the opportunity to dress as David Lee Roth and sing the entire 1984 album slip through your fingers.

Thanks for the info. I always enjoyed gear talk. Seriously though, you should do a question answer podcast about gear and charge companies to advertise on it while shamelessly plugging your band. Shhhh. Don't answer me now. Just think about it. ;)
As always, I enjoyed your set. I wish you guys didn't have to compete with the shiny loud lights in the sky.
I remember you telling me about that mic. I think it was an EV, but I forgot the model.
Anywho...
Thanks for your expertise and troubleshooting skills. The show might not have happened without your intervention. Not to mention the whole bass head thing. MVB for sure.
