I just hooked up a new monitor. but my zune still isn't syncing any music! it will only go to 4 percent and then stop, and i can't tell if it in my computer [which has died many times] or if it is my zune [which i have dropped many times off my bike lol]

dear mister nerd, can you help me tonight? my zune erased everything on the mp3 player but nothing off my libarary. my monitor keeps shutting on and off every five seconds so i can't even see how i am doing on my typing here lol. but i am trying to sync my zune, and its been on 0% forever, should i just find a way to transfer my music to my dads computer?
