PatchTogether is a community that tries to promote a collaborative spirit among its members to inspire and motivate.
We are true believers in the wisdom of crowds, and the power of us is greater than the power of one.
We want to keep everyone involved with the whole toy making progress by encouraging participation in every step of the production. As toy fanatics at heart, we have seen so many cool concept arts over the years that have sadly never been made into actual toys because of financial restraints and difficulties in locating a reputable factory. We have always wanted to make toys ourselves, but our lack of creativity and originally never got us too far in the process. The idea of PatchTogether eventually came to us when we stumbled upon several amazing clothing websites where members were allowed to submit designs for critique and possible production opportunities for cash prizes.
We really liked the idea of toy fans critiquing each other's work and choosing their favorite design for a production run.
