Ruined my first guitar at about age 15. That was my uncle's Gibson.(1992-1993: I smashed my dad's electric guitar from the 50s in my first band "Slaw". We recorded a cool song called "Kill the principal".Slaw played a gig with Little Weed Patch and Fedron at the highschool in Coleraine...I had a fever and missed school that day, then that night we still sounded and performed better than the other bands thought we would. We record tonza shit(93-94:The next band "The Mistakes" was great...we record tons of great experimental stuff,some stuff sounding very pop punk also,which was cool cause I never new pop punk even existed.We record alot of great stuff...fast forward....many gigs here and there....(95-96:fast forward to an acoustic group called "Pendulum" I start studying Beatles music quite a bit at this point,learning the importance of spacey melodies. melodic structures and vocals,guitar strumming,everything improves bigtime....(1996-97:fast forward to another punk rock band "The Explosives"record a demo in Maryland which I do not have(nor from any other band but can be obtained via phone calls).Moved back to Minnesota (1997-98:Formed the duds, Form some awful bands,then reform The Explosives again,joined two bands on bass guitar,"Ten Minute Kings and "Mediocre" very hardcore and fun was Ten Minute Kings.(1999 demos.Form another acoustic thing called"Open Candles" which was great.(2000: Reformed The Explosives again. Played an awesome gig in some town(stole the spotlight as a guest band and we did one song only("The Psychopath Twist",awesome pop punk I wrote in those days)played another gig in Detroit Lakes,with a broken finger(hadta switch to bass as well as the gig in Canada.(2001-2003 more solo stuff,Explosives again,(2004-now doin the solo thing again. Now I'm going to use my gift to praise God...
