PATIENCE Started out in 2005 with Brent Gilge and Adam Hernesman on guitar, Erik Jensen on bass guitar, J Freude on drums, and Pat Leach and Paul Nistler on vocals. In 2006 Erik and Adam decided to swap positions, moving Erik to guitar and Adam to bass, during this swap both Pat and Paul left the band, they began desperately looking for another singer. For almost a year the band was on a hiatus while they looked for a new singer (while in the process writing their first cd). In the fall of 2007 they had still not found anyone they truly trusted, until J suggested one of his friends, Cody Grimsley. They hit it off instantly when Cody wrote lyrics to their first hit, "The Battle." This and four other songs were recorded that year to make Patience's first EP. Since then they've had one other EP including the battle as well as 5 new songs. They are now in the process of writing a new EP and planning a summer tour.

He all this is Graham from Rock Sober Bemidji, I am working with the Bemidji Bike and Skate and there will be a Fundraiser Saturday Sept. 19th at the Drop Zone with a Skate Demo from 12noon to 300pm. We are looking for bands to come and play during this time. This will be good exposure and a lot of fun...you you and your band are intersted or you know of another band that might be interested please email asap.
