Pat Karwan has been influenced by some of America's most talented artists of the past century. From early Country, Rock, Jazz and Blues legends, to present day innovators. With such vast influences, it's easy to see why Pat is hard to classify. He simply refers to his style as "American Music".
His influences are drawn from some of the greatest musicians this country has had to offer. His music is original, powerful and refreshing.

I hope 2008 is off to a great start for you. Please come join us Monday Nights at the Green Planet Coffee House http://www.greenplanetcoffee.com/index.shtml for Anti-Karaoke night hosted by Pat Karwan http://cdbaby.com/cd/patkarwan We are now forming Luthier's Pride Performing Arts Society, to provide cultural activities for the guitar enthusiast to hear and play hand-crafted guitars in Mini Concerts and intimate settings. We will present a wonderful lineup of performances with a wide range of musical styles and include the building of the guitar in the concept of a total tonal guitar experience. I understand that our continued success is dependent on professionals who care about establishing a better way to unite luthiers and musicians for the enrichment of all who love music. Please consider lending your support to our efforts. We would certainly benefit from your expertise and knowledge, if you decide to share it and assist us. Any feedback or suggestions you may have, as well as any contacts with those like minded individuals would be invaluable to us. Thank you for your kind consideration of this request. I look forward to speaking to you soon. Thank you once again Russ Campbell www.luthierspride.org luthierspride@verizon.net

Thank's Pat. Over the past year you've been a great influence. Your open mic at the Green Planet has boosted my confidence and helped me perform to an audience. And listening to you live ain't bad either! Thanks

I have only taken one lesson from Pat thus far and a few month later I am still digesting what he has taught me.
A great guitarist, a great teacher, wishing you all the best for your CD release Pat.
