Is this the start of the weekend? All I ask of myself is to be better then last week. A better father, a better husband, a better fighter, a better cook, a better boss. If I do that maybe the world will be a better place, or just maybe the 5 voices in my head will stop yelling for attention. TRIGGONOMICS when you need the music in the club to be louder then the voices in your head.
