PATRICK has established himself as one of the most engaging and versatile performers on the scene today, adapting his unique piano style to his signature vocals and powerful songwriting. Currently performing and recording with his band as well as solo performances, Patrick has sold out the major venues all over Los Angeles such as B.B King's Blues Club, The Roxy Theater on Sunset, and the Viper Room just to name a few. Patrick has also performed internationally in over 12 countries and in such cities as Paris, London, and Florence, in St. Pauls Cathedral and in the Madeline in Paris.
Patrick began performing at a very young age. He started playing piano at the age of 5 and tried to learn every instrument he could get his hands on. He started performing locally and soon had a reputation across the region as a developing prodigy. At the age of 10 he began to take an interest in lyric writing as well so it was only logical that he would eventually combine the two. His musical instructors also began to notice that he had a powerful vocal ability as well. While in his teens, he began to study voice at the internationally recognized Conservatory of Music in Kansas City. He enrolled in Pepperdine University to double major in vocal and piano performance. During these years, patrick began to discover his voice as a singer/songwriter and began performing original songs across the Los Angeles area.
Patrick has performed with and for many major artists including Dave Grohl and Colbie Caillat. He also has entertained for many major events throughout the U.S including being the featured entertainer for the televised Miss Missouri Pageant for two years, performing at the Beverly Hilton Ballroom for multiple events including one honoring Tommy Lasorda, entertaining for the John Edwards Presidential Campaign Bel Air Fundraiser, and performing in private events for Natalie Cole, Olivia Newton John, and Barbra Streisand and Barry Manilow just to name a few.
In 2003, Patrick was priviliged to meet one of his life-long idols David Foster and has had the honor of working and performing with him in various concerts and fundraisers that included artists such as Josh Groban and Michael Buble, as well as working on arrangements together for other artists in the past few years. Patrick counts working with David as one of the highlights of his musical career.
In 2009, Patrick was invited to the biggest performance of his career. He was asked to be the featured entertainer for the L.A Chamber of Commerce Inaugural Dinner at the Nokia Theater at L.A. Live. At the premier event, Patrick performed songs from his upcoming CD to the over 1,300 VIP guests which include Los Angeles Mayor Villaraigosa and Governor Schwarzeneggar.
Patrick's live show is an experience unto itself combining virtuoso piano and powerhouse vocals with his dynamic band including guitarist Kevin Lambert, drummer/percussionist Jeff Sorenson, and vocalists Henry Price and Tiffany Coons. Patrick's debut album Leaving California produced by Jorge Vivo, who has worked with artists such as Seal, Bono, Christina Aguilera, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban and Sum 41 just to name a few, will be released Summer 2009 along with a second CD The Sessions, a full length recording of all the songs typically heard in a Patrick Alan Casey show. This sessions album was produced by upcoming prodigy Kevin Lambert.
Patrick is available for performances as a solo act or with his entire band.
