After finishing his Bachelors he moved to Spokane where he studied with Marjory Halvorson and sang with Spokane/Coeur D'Alene Opera as a preview artist for Don Pasquale, and later as Gastone in La Traviata and as a member of the ensemble in La Boheme. His concert and oratorio repertoire includes tenor soloist in the Woodland Production of Handel's Messiah; Mendelssohn's Lobgesang, Vivaldi's and Poulenc's Gloria, and Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings Symphony, all with the Spokane Symphony and Chorale under the baton of Eckhardt Preu. While in Spokane he also sang in a masterclass for baritone Thomas Hampson. He is currently working towards a Masters of Music in voice performance at The Ohio State University where he studies with Prof. C. Patrick Woliver. Show credits at Ohio State include Mozart, Murder and Mayhem opera scenes showcase, covering Nemorino in L'Elisir D'Amore, and Linfea in Francesco Cavalli's La Calisto, and is a member of Trinity Episcopal Church Choir. In the summer of 2007 he sang Normanno in La Musica Lirica's production of Lucia di Lammermoor in Novafeltria, Italy.
In 2008 he sang the role of Monostatos in Ohio State University's production of The Magic Flute and will be singing Count Almaviva and Pang in the opera scenes showcase slated for spring.
