The Outer Bands is proud to announce that Patrick David Koch has just released his first solo effort, “Recipe.” His 10 song album was recorded at Sixth Street Studios in Gainesville, Florida in the early part of 2007.
Getting back in the studio was a blast for Patrick. He never thought he could have the teenager-like fascination with the guitar again, but he does. Playing day in and day out, Patrick has literally wore a hole in his Takamine guitar, which he proudly only finger picks. Beneath his melodic strumming and poetic vocals resonates the influence of the great singer/songwriters.
It has been a long beautiful road leading up to the Recipe release, and Patrick's singer/songwriter resume has become a foundation for his continued success.
Patrick’s has an extensive songwriting pedigree has recently rewarded him once again. To date he has three songs on the Travel Channel, has worked on the soundtrack for Prodigal, and wrote the theme song for the feature length documentary “Light in the Darkroom,” which is due out this fall. In the coming months, Patrick will begin touring in the Southeast with All-In Entertainment. Check back soon to get the tour dates.

This Sunday will also feature guest host Comedian BRYAN HAMITON (The load mouth that hosted WOLFMAN’s Birthday Party.) He will be performing a few short sets and if you get him drunk enough a few cartwheels….
I have been busy on tour with Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band and haven't had a chance to tell you about my new record! It's called "Bad Little Kitty" and it came out back in July. At Smith's during Atlantis...one of my friends Amanda Williams is at Smith's the same night so I will definitely be there. You'll have to drive about five minutes to see my show. We are doing the Y'allternative Country thing at the Red Light Cafe.
