About me: Hi! My name is Patrick Ormsbee my wifes name is Mary.We have been Married for 40 years. We live in San Andreas, Ca. I've lived in San Andreas my whole life. San Andreas is in Calaveras County and I think its the BEST place in the world to live! I dont have to worry about tornados, earthquakes, and or floods! Just your normal Calif. weather! I am a Hometown Boy that listens to the Hometown Radion Station out of Jackson, Ca. every morning at 5 am after I have gotten up at 4 to create a weather page to email them with the San Andreas temperatures.
Who I'd like to meet: I would to meet all my old and new friends.
I emptied my bubble bath into the tub, Determined to get myself thoroughly scrubbed. The bottle had said "ONLY ONE CAP OR TWO", So I poured in the lot to see what it would do!
That still didn't seem quite enough to get clean, So I followed it up with another fifteen. Then three bars of soap and a dozen shampoo, And two broken bath bombs to finish my brew!
I'll cut to the chase, this did not turn out well, As the burbling, foaming bath bubbles did swell! It wasn't all bad, I was clean and smelt sweet, But outside my soap suds had buried the street!

~ Something so Feminine About a Mandolin ~ ~~ By Jimmy Buffett & Jane Slagsvol ~~
"It was late in the evenin', just a few of us pickin' But the lady she played so easy and fine And the chords that she strummed were so tastefully clever They planted this song in my mind
'Cause there's somethin' so feminine about a mandolin The way that they feel, the way that they ring Just to see slender fingers, movin' so quickly Made this boy want to sing
And when I get older and I have a daughter I'll teach her to sing and play her my songs And I'll tell her some stories I can barely remember And hope that she will sing along
And maybe one day she'll take a fancy to pickin' 'Cause when that bug bites you, you live with the sting And if she could just strum a few simple measures She could make some young man sing
'Cause there's somethin' so feminine about a mandolin Way that they feel, the way that they ring And that evenin' in a pasture somewhere near austin That mandolin made me sing
Her mandolin made me sing" ~~~ Yay! It's May! I hope your weekend gives you something to sing about. Hugs, Marilyn
