Born in St- Anna bay, Jamaica and raised in Miami, FL. Patrick Phoenix is a creative singer / songwriter who pushes the limits with his music. Growing up listening to Christian Alternative Music as a kid, Patrick took an interest in music and started singing in middle school. While in middle and throughout high school he began to venture into R&B, jazz, rock, and neo soul to expand his musical library. This is what gave him the love and respect for all styles of music. Starting out in an R&B groups back in his teen and early 20’s, singing became a passion that was like an unquenchable fire for Phoenix. By developing his writing skills by writing over 30 songs a month with other artist and groups, it came too him to start his own project. Now he has recorded his first LP released in October 2007, titled "The Road". The Album is a mixture of Christian R&B/ Hip-Hop/ Alternative tracks that will definitely grab your attention. This album is set to be the first release form his publishing label Phoenix Moon Publishing. This will be an album every one can relate too. Patrick Phoenix’s musical influence span from DC Talk, David Meece, U2, Boy II Men, Journey, The Police, Take 6, Sade, Luther Vandross, Acappella, Third Eye Blind, Matchbox 20, Jodeci, Marvin Gaye, Shai, and others.
