Patrick Orr - Saxophonist, but I also play other instruments, such as Guitar, Flute, a little bit of Piano/Keyboard, and a little bit of drums. I will learn other instruments in the future, hopefully soon, like the Clarinet, Trumpet, and more about the piano.
Influences
My influences would be from different world cultures. I love music with different styles of cultures mixed together. One of my all-time favorite songs is "Chicago" from Alexz Johnson and that is because not only from her amazing singing, but because all of the different sounds and instruments used.
I started out playing saxophone in grade 5. I quickly developed my love for music, which has guided me for the past 9 years of my life. Throughout the years, I've played with many bands from Lassen County in Northern California, and for college moved down to the central coast to expand, not only my career, but my passion. During high school, I played with the Susanville Swing Band known as Swingphony, The Susanville Youth Symphony, The Lassen High School Jazz and Symphonic bands, participating in Region 5 Honor Band for 2 years, and also was a part of the Lassen High's Drama production of Grease, where I played my saxophone.
Yeah, actually, Jeff Monsle is starting to get to me.. I kind of like a lot of Nader, with his Peace and Freedom party, but he's already run like a million times and has never won, so supporting him is silly because it won't really count.. xD
