About me: I was born and raised in Toledo,Ohio. I moved to Chicago in 1990 where I pursued a career in music. I have been making music for over 30 years; and recording CD's as well as touring extensivly for the past 18 years. I love the Arts and the culinary delights from all over the world. Culture is what I have a passion for. Old people have wisdom and experience that I love to absorb. I have often been accused of being shy until you get to know me or I am on a stage. I love the outdoors. Surfing, Biking, Pitching Horseshoes,or just hanging at the beach is what I like to do when I'm not touring. I don't like playing games when it comes to relationships. I love the European mindset when it comes to making whoopie. Either you want to or you don't but there is no drama when asked. I hope in this life; With my music I can somehow make a difference in the world.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff
