| General | Frustrated New York Patriots stage rally in Manhattan
Angry New York taxpayers fed up with burgeoning public debt to demonstrate in New York's Financial District
Upset with the economic crises, no longer able to sit idly by and trust the powers that be - waves of newly vocal and newly informed New Yorkers find themselves aligned in search of the answers to: "How did we let this happen and how do we end it?"
In what very well may be the epicenter of the quake the populace shakes their heads and state "No more." No more public funding for private failure. No more partisan power struggles. Republicans, Democrats and Independents will join forces to send a clear message to Congress, the President and Wall Street: this ends NOW.
A rally will begin at 10:00 AM at "Charging Bull" at the northern end of Bowling Green on Friday, March 13, 2009, to demand an end to throwing debt at debt BEFORE the markets do it instead in a much more final fashion. This march will proceed to the New York Stock Exchange and stop there for a bit, march on to Federal Hall, stop for a bit, then on to NY Federal Reserve Bank and stop for a bit, back down to Wall St via Pearl St. (so as not to miss the AIG bldg) stop in front of AIG bldg for a bit, then end back at the Bull.
Patriots of New York welcome all to join in the rally! Just show up!
