How did this awkward name come to be? Nobody knows. It all began in the early spring of 2006 when two former band mates and two complete strangers met in a basement in Salt Lake City. Time went by and not much happened. Later that year they began to perform as a trio and eventually added a fourth member. Somewhere along the way this quaint little quartet became known as “Patter Stats”. And that’s pretty much it.
