Am a 24 year old Glaswegian, who enjoys the simple things in life, staying fit and having a barry chuckle is what I enjoy.
Got so many daft nicknames its unreal.. But best known as Monkay over the years. in the Gym am either Paul "The Pitbull" or Paul "The Wall"..
I design websites for a living, doing sites for the automotive market, clients such as Harley Davidson and Ford.
I train in the martial arts of Muay Thai
I also play bass for Genetik Blueprint, get us checked out, Meshuggah, Acacia Strain Influeneced brutal core metal.
I love MMA, after Muay Thai i am looking to get into that hopefully might make a career if am lucky.

Ivan Rodger anyways, aye dude, been good. got another 3 hours work done on my new sleeve the other day. fuckin torture cause a lot of it was covering up an old tattoo. kenny (tattooist) said the guy that done the one gettin covered up had nicked my skin a few times plus it was the wierdest numb feeling. not pleasant! when you gettin more work done?! still cant believe you thought the elbow was agony! i didnt realise he'd done mine on my first sleeve. felt like he was a bit away and before i knew it, done!

But now, he cant be trusted to be a main event so as you say, thats GSP out the window. I actually think the reason GSP was cageside was if Silva won, he was gonna come in and challenge him or summat.!
