Hi Paula, Hope you read this. I would like to mention how much of an inspiration you are to me of late. I am a (plus size) cornet player from NSW and after keeping a keen eye on your website and your excercise, healthy eating along with the weight loss to go with it, I have been (as I have said before) inspired and you have become a catalyst for me to look after my physical self better and get myself to a respectable weight.
Hows it going mate?! I think i'm gonna pop over to pontins at some point! You coming over on your own!? Gonna go to Open too, have a listen! Good luck there if i don't see you before!!!
