I have been playing drums for about 35 years and loving every moment of it.
I'm from a small town in Maine called Lincoln that has 13 lakes and the best hunting and fishing you can find. I'm currently playing drums for The Sean Chambers Band, you can check out the band at seanchambers.com and also on Sean's my.space account. If you like the Sounds of Hendrix, Winter, Gibbons and Vaughan you will like Sean's aggressive playing style. While playing for Sean (for a very short period) I was lucky to fill the drumming duties for Hubert Sumlin. Sean was Huberts band director for about 5 years and he appears on Huberts new CD "Them Shoes" with Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Levon Helm and many more great players.
We have just released Seans 3rd cd "10 Til' Midnight" It was a great time recording this cd and we look forward to touring behind it! "10 Til' Midnight" was recorded @ 2 Dog Studio's in Zephyrhills Florida, you can check out the cd on my player along with songs from The Richard Tucker Band and Calabash. We were in the process of recording Richards cd when he passed away. "Have I told You" is the last song we recorded together and maybe his most beautiful. "Whales Tale" is a great song to hear Richards passion for writing and singing. Richard Tucker was the finest singer song writer I have ever played with, I will always miss him.
Whether I'm playing with my homeboys "The Whiney Ass Pickers" in Dunky Maine or playing for a few thousand with The Sean Chambers Band every gig has been a pleasure to play.
