Sounds Like
I'm not sure anyone would like to say..." Hey...I sound like ( insert favourite musicians here ), but I'll just say that I have my influences, but I try not to wear them on my sleeves......more on my lapel ?
Record Label
I'm not on " Neighbours " or " Australian Idol " ?
Originally from Adelaide, Australia and now living in Melbourne with my wife ( Emma ), Daughter ( Eve ) and cat ( Tao ). I am a bassist first and foremost, but also play guitar, keyboards and vocals. I have performed with David Bridie, Glen Shorrock ( Little River Band ), Rob Hirst ( Midnight Oil ), Not Drowning - Waving, Huckleberry Swedes, Avida Dollars, Brian Cadd, Mike Rudd ( Spectrum ), John Schumann ( Redgum ), Dean Thomas, Russell Morris, The Led Zeppelin Project, Shannon Bourne, Bjorn Again, ABBAration, Ben Mitchell, The Borderers, Broderick Smith ( The Dingoes ), Gone To Earth and many more.
One of my aims in the music business is to write for films. I have scored three independent films so far, as well as contributing to a many as a session player. I have a band " Kurosawa " with Karen Vogt ( Heligoland - one of Melbourne's finest ) and Adam Spellicy ( ex The Dumb Earth, The Hired Guns ). Cinematic, Soundscape Pop is probably the best way to describe our music. We have our debut album " Your Star Has Fallen Over " finished, and we are currently looking for a home for the little fella ! My other project is the electronic / ambient / experimental collaboration with Paul Smyth called " Avida Dollars ". We have one album out " The Odessa Steps Sequence " and the second is due for release in early 2008. We have also contributed to the Not Drowning-Waving remix album " Maps for Sonic Adventurers " which was released in mid July 2006.
Hello Paul, how are you? ...and the music? how are you? I’m really glad because at last, after many ups and downs, my new album WAY OUT will be issued for the second time. It’s a long story, but the most important thing is that all's well what ends well. I will place the new tracks on my page very soon and I really hope that you will enjoy them.

I couldn't help thinking of you today as soon as I stepped into a world of basses - there must have been 300 or more crammed into a space the size of your lounge! You would love Pigalle. And it would love you.
