Paul Colombo is a Philadelphia area, Pennsylvania (USA) based guitarist/musician. His background includes a Bachelor of Music Degree from The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida and a Master of Music Degree from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. To be blunt, degrees don't mean much in music. At least not in the performing area of music. It's who can cut it that gets the gig. Paul has had some great gigs through the years. He has performed and recorded with acts such as Grammy winners Peter Nero and The Delfonics. Other musicians recently performed with include Buddy Williams, Dave Bargeron, Clifton Davis, Larry McKenna, and Lanny Meyers. Paul spent three years as Guitarist/Arranger at The American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA playing 250 musical revue shows a year and arranging for orchestras as large as 22 pieces plus singers. 2009 will be busy with a date at the Berks Jazz Fest among other concerts, club dates, and recording sessions.
