I am a life long Boston resident and have been DJing for more than 20 years. I spent many of my formative years listening to my Dad play Marvin Gaye, Bob Dylan, Traffic and Bob Marley records. As soon as I could afford it, I bought two belt drive turntables and started to build my record collection, bit by bit. In 1985, I heard some very early house recordings and fell in love. As my DJing improved, my tastes began to shift towards techno and I have been an unabashed supporter of that style for over a decade.
I am passionate about underground EDM (specifically techno), but I am equally supportive of the scene and the many friendships around the world that my involvement in the dance scene has afforded me. hey playa, so on the way out of the club, i get pulled over caz i had no idea about cambridge and i left the parking lot and noticed i was going the wrong way down a 1 way street. take a guess who was at the end of the street!? yep... johnny law... pulled over, wanted to talk to me outside of car and i figured it was time for everyone favorite time..." roadside olympics" but johnny law handed my license back and told me to be more careful! great chatting, let me know when your "playing" and have to check it out. mike & stephanie
