About me: Paulino Brener was born in Santo Tome, Santa Fe, Argentina. He has been doing theater and dance in the Twin Cities since 2001, with companies such as Teatro del Pueblo, Trece Lunas Arts Collective, Sandbox Theatre and Ethnic Dance Theater. He has also been guest curator and performer at Patrick’s Cabaret. Paulino is a Spanish teacher at Spring Hill Waldorf School in Excelsior, MN. He uses art to connect and share with people around him. He is passionate about languages and cultures, teaching children, performing and doing crafts -such as knitting-. And he is very tall!

Thanks for a lovely Xmas Holiday! I had a lot of fun, and feel very grateful to have you as a friend, and to get to associate with the other delightful people in your life. :-) If you're free the night of 12/28, I have a party we could go to...and then... (to the tune of "I Believe") New Year's Eve New Year's Eve New Year's Eve Oh New Year's Eve... I will be at Leslie's. New Year's Eve New Year's Eve New Year's Eve Oh New Year's Eve.. You should come to Leslie's...
Hey, do you know what you're going to charge for tickets to your benefit? I am starting to publicize my Dec/Jan appearances, and it would be good to know. :-)
I challenge you to a duel! You can meet me Tuesday Nov. 27th 7:30pm at Kieran's Irish pub. Come and try to best the toughest poets in town! The show will be hosted by Natalie Wass and feature special guest John Survivor Blake! En Guard mon ami!
I just noticed your "status update" from Friday...it's making me chuckle. The planetary alignment right now must be throwing wrenches into friendship energy. :-)
I'm about to head out to do all my postering and flyering for the Victoria Fringe...the non-fun part of the Fringe. Hope you're doing well! :-)
Dear Mr. Brener;
We here at Salloway Casting Associates are reconsidering the possibility of your auditioning for the role of Paulino in the upcoming production "16 Inches of Paulino". In light of your lovely and charming letter to Salloway Casting, and your personal visit to our headquarters (ahem), we will hold a meeting tomorrow to discuss having you read for the role. Although we are still continuing our search for an actor more similar in appearance and style to Paulino, we have agreed to remain open-minded. We promise to be in touch soon. In the mean time, we encourage you to research the real-life Paulino, and to brush up on an Argentinian accent.
