Sounds Like
At various times I have been compared to: Joe Cocker, Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart, Squeeze, Elton John, the Liverpool FC manager, Alan Carr (twice, which is worrying), Elvis Costello, The Proclaimers, any musician who wears glasses, Ben Folds, Billy Joel. It is often said I don't look like the sound of the voice that comes out. You can decide for yourself.

Hi Paul, Just been listening to "Broken Dreams" and was riveted. What a beautiful song. You've interpreted Ginny's touching lyrics perfectly, and you should both be mighty proud of having written a song of this quality. Carol.
