About me: I am an artist and a musician. I have a Masters in Fine Art. I make performance art/live art/conceptual art/video art...I am a bass player and a singer/songwriter. I work as an Art Facilitator. I started out as a draughtsman and a painter and then I moved on to sculpture, but now I mostly work in the field of Performance Art. The Marx Brothers, the Theatre of the Absurd, Bruce Nauman and Captain Beefheart are my main influences. My own bands have included WhoManWhat and BOB. (BOB, Honeysac and Blue Sue are the three best bands you never heard of).
Who I'd like to meet: Artists, musicians and street philosophers.
Sorry I haven't been in touch, been busy! Don't know yet how will put things on, but will probably been in pub space and live performance with other things like bands etc.,. Would be a great mix!
How you doing? Am thinking of putting on an series of audio/visual events in Edinburgh during the festival and was wondering if you would be interested in taking part?
Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.

Thank you! That image is of a drawing I did on the wall of Limousine Bull in the exhibition I had in February Last year. Was very pleased with the whole thing, to the extent that I thought it was the best thing I've done so far. It was nine drawings and three sound pieces that took over the space in a very subtle way. Hope you are good!
I am working out and putting down drum tracks for Pro's and I Can't Take It. Refresh yourself with these so I can get some Bass on them. I have a new one to jam with as well and looking some Bass on. Should have 'em ready in a few weeks. What you been up to anyway.
Checked out the Residentials vid and the animation keep up the good work. They say life imitates art imitates life imitates art. One of the puppets reminds me of you. The somouldering intensity on its wee face.

I'll throw a rough mix up on the BOB page of Kick Out The Jams with your Bass in the next few days. It sounds 100 times better even in the rough state with the live Bass. Get dem fingers roughed up son, there a ton of work to be done!! I still got the skin from your blister on my bookshelf if you want it or was that another "Performance Art" piece that I was privillaged to witness
