Music, water and snow skiing, cruising, and model railroading are on the list. | | Music | I was a child of the 60's and 70's, so I have a special place in my heart for 70's music. I programmed Country Radio during the "Urban Cowboy" era. I love Country! So many genres and artists that I enjoy. Everything from Brooks and Dunn to The Supertramp. Enjoy Smooth Jazz too. Depends on my mood! | | Movies | Again, SO many favorites. Those on top of my mind would be Star Wars, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Forest Gump, Pay it Forward and The Notebook. About me:
I love the radio business. It gets more fun and interesting each year. I played radio as a kid. I was one of those kids that listened to radio day and night, knew all the jocks, played all the contests and dreamed of barking out those famous "W-L-S" call letters. WLS, Super CFL and KXOK were my favorite stations as a kid. And no, I am NOT related to John Records Landecker. Though I think it would be cool to meet him someday.
Even on the toughest work days, at the end of the day I find myself saying... Ah. I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!
