It's August 2009 and 21 year old Paul Littler has finally completed his long awaited debut record "Sunny St.A". He has produced the record himself along side fellow musicians Jonathan Wildey, Sam Killin and most of all Connor Jones.
But what a long road It's been since Paul's first gig 3 years ago. The son of a Venezuelan mother and English father, Paul was born and raised in sunny St.Albans, Hertfordshire. His first exposure to classic rock stars like The Beatles and The Kinks came at an early age via his dad's record collection. This soon sparked his first major interest in The Doors, Jefferson Airplane and The Beatles.
Paul picked up a guitar at 16 and immediately started writing his own material. Less than a month later he played his first show in front of 300 people. Soon after he formed his first band "Carnabyhouse".
With Carnabyhouse Paul started playing gigs locally on a regular basis quickly gaining a strong local following. They progressed on to the London circuit (and by hauling legions of local fans to gigs on buses) they played some of the best known venues in the city. This was followed by a month's residency as a house band at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Soon after they they made "Band of the week" on Hertbeat FM and have regulaly played sold out shows in thier home town St.Albans.
Paul has branched out into a solo career and is now playing regular acoustic gigs around the Hertfordshire / London area. As well as acoustic shows, he has also brought together a handful of St.Albans finest musicians from a selection of quality bands to play as his backing band "The Piccadilly's" for certain shows. He is also Working as promotor for 2008 "Pub Music Venue" winner The Horn Reborn under the name "White Rabbit Promotions".
Known for being a strong, exciting frontman and innovative songwriter, Paul is always looking for new venues and people to work with.
