Paul, or “Lefty” as he is known among his musical peers, and often called "The Real Deal" is without a doubt one of the best players on the planet. Paul and Howard, along with Mario, form one powerful and fresh Blues trio to rival anyone who has come before them. A true musical revelation you won’t soon forget. Paul turns heads everywhere he goes with his searing Blues licks and also with his unorthodox playing technique, and can pull out any style of classic guitar from Rockabilly to Jazz and beyond, effortlessly! He Loves Danny Gattons' playing! Paul has been playing on the road since he was 17, and paid countless dues bangin’ the Blues from Chicago to Portland and back. He has played with and been seen by so many recording artists that it would take too long to mention. In pursuit of the Ultimate Blues Band, Paul has found it in Howard, and Mario. Howard and Mario are seasoned professionals with many years of performing, touring, and recording experience. Both are Pauls' musical equal. Add that to the fact that the Paul Schofield Blues Project is the only area band that is on the National List* of Blues Recording artists along side the likes of B.B.King, Percy Sledge and Keb Mo.
