PAWLY P has been involved in multimedia production since before he started Kindergarten. He began with a Fisher Price tape recorder recording radio shows for which he was the only listener. In middle school he worked on his digital audio craft and began releasing his recordings on CD and selling them to his fellow classmates in 7th grade.
In high school PAWLY P began recording rappers and mixing songs, connecting with other individuals interested in making themselves known. After years of experience working with sound engineering, PAWLY P decided to step up his video skills.
PAWLY P attended Eastern Washington University's Electronic Media & Film program where he went from knowing very little about video production to sharpening his skills in videography and editing.
Along with a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media & Film, PAWLY P has obtained a minor in Government.
During the month of December 2007, PAWLY P designed a seasonal campaign ad for Presidential Candidate Ron Paul that was picked up by The American Liberty Coalition PAC (alcpac.com) and aired on channels such as CNN and FOX NEWS in a number of states.
While working for Big Sky TV filming EWU basketball games, PAWLY P was inspired to put together an apparent prank video of a women's basketball game getting "rick rolled" (a popular internet prank). PAWLY P capitalized on the Rick Roll popularity by creating this video.
The video received national news attention, from the New York Times to the Everett Herald. In May 2008, PAWLY P became YOUTUBE PLATINUM with the video "College Basketball Game Gets Rick Rolled" and the video has now accumulated over 2 MILLION views on YouTube.
PAWLY P is currently pursuing a career in entertainment.
I miss you Pawl! I went to EWU for Trevor, Mike and Ryan"s graduation, and when I passed by your old apt I remembered how much fun it was hanging out with you. I still remember watching horror movies till really late, and cooking bacon! The other day I randomly remembered how we drove to Spokane at night just to get some alcohol and the car jumped over the curb in the middle of the road! all the memories are indescribable! I hope you are having good times this summer!!

We, the undersigned organizations representing millions of Americans, encourage you to cosponsor H.R. 1207, “The Federal Reserve Transparency Act,” which would eliminate the restrictions on U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) audits of the Federal Reserve [the bank that lends us money and is making the value of dollar go down and making prices go up as of now].
Since its inception, the Federal Reserve has operated without sufficient transparency or accountability to the American people. In fact, current law specifically excludes the Fed from a thorough audit or real congressional oversight. No government agency has such an utter lack of sunshine. The Federal Reserve has created and dispersed trillions of dollars in response to our current financial crisis. Americans across the nation, regardless of their opinion on the bailouts, want to know where that money has gone and exactly how much has been spent.
H.R. 1207 would open up the Fed’s funding facilities, such as the Primary Dealer Credit Facility, Term Securities Lending Facility, and Term Asset-Backed Securities Lending Facility to congressional oversight. Additionally, audits could include discount window operations, open market operations, and agreements with foreign central banks, such as the ongoing dollar swap operations with European central banks. By opening all Fed operations to a GAO audit and calling for such an audit to be completed by the end of 2010, H.R. 1207 would achieve much-needed transparency of the Federal Reserve.
