The electronic antidote to all your garage rock nightmares, you won't find any guitars in paw paw 's sonic armoury. Taking their name from a combination of Miss Kittin's intuitive mitts and a dubious Brian Eno track, paw paw was conceived after a messy night counting Chinchilla droppings in North London.
Besides smoking and pouting, the paws have two common interests - sleazy electro beats and sweet pop harmonies.
Bred on a once unfashionable diet of Depeche Mode, Heaven 17, David Bowie and more recently Ladytron, this synth pop trio accidentally find themselves at the forefront of the UK electronic music scene. Wired OK paw paw by Mackenzie Crook 2007

Electroflex have been back in the studio following a break from gigging and recording with new track ‘Computer Virus’.
This is the first of a series of new releases for 2009, and what better day to start on than Liz’s Birthday!
‘Computer Virus’ is a live favourite. Anyone forced to work with computers will know how evil they are and this track is Electroflex’s response to Kraftwerk’s ‘Its More Fun to Compute’. It is a bouncy number with a serious bassline, sing-along chorus and a selection of curious samples.
